Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actor for more than 20 years. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant in the HBO show Big Love and Francine Hanson on the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek, an American actress is best known for her character Tiffany Wilson in 2004's comedy film White Chicks. Television appearances include Dr. Amber Volakis, in the Fox's House sitcom Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran, in the HBO the drama Big Love. Dudek was born in Massachusetts and went to Northwestern University. Her first performance was as an actor in The Iphigenia Cycle, a production at the university. In New York City, the production was withdrawn from Broadway where Dudek received the Joseph E. calloway award and American Theater Magazine profiled her as an emerging actor to be watched. Dudek landed roles in television and also on the large screen. From 2008 until 2016, the talented actress got married to Matthew Heller. Dudek was born March 22, 1975 in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. When she was a child she was a student at Northwestern University where she performed in several theater productions. She also made her Broadway debut on Wrong Mountain (2000). Her performance in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group in Britain was her first television appearance. The actress has appeared in a variety of TV programs, such as Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. In the first episode, Lucinda was portrayed by her. Then, in Law & Order Criminal Intent she played a teacher that has a sexual affair with a child. Dudek was then cast as Amber Volakis. This character was one of the 40 doctors were Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent jobs on his staff. It began during the House's fourth season. Dudek continued playing her character for the entirety of the season, but she was killed in the head of Wilson and in the House's heart two-part episode finale. Later, she would return in the form of a hallucination created in the fifth-season episode House in the fifth season episode Saviors and would return as such for the remainder of the series. Dudek then appeared as Francine her next-door neighbor on Mad Men and as Alby's adversarial wife in Big Love. Dudek made her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. The other roles in her film include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
